MPAATANEL Company Limited (MCL) was founded in Kampala in 2016 with a single focus — making vehicle importation simpler, faster, and more transparent for Ugandans. Over the past ten years, we have grown into a full-service logistics provider, managing international freight, customs clearance, and nationwide cargo transportation.
Our team of clearing agents, freight coordinators, and transportation specialists work together to coordinate the paperwork, freight bookings and onward delivery. We are fully licensed, URA-registered, and operate across all major Uganda entry points.

Our story so far
- 2016Founded
MCL began as a specialist vehicle importation service, sourcing cars from Japan and UAE for Ugandan buyers.
- 2018Shipping Expansion
We partnered with major freight lines to offer international sea and air freight for general cargo.
- 2020Clearing & Forwarding
Added a full customs clearing and forwarding division, covering all Uganda entry points.
- 2023Nationwide Transport
Launched a GPS-tracked fleet for cargo delivery across all regions of Uganda.
- 2026Integrated Platform
Launched our client portal and logistics platform, giving clients full visibility and control.
